Hey! I'm Chris! I bet you're asking yourself, "wth is an anti-diet health coach?". Well to start, let me just say that when I learned about being anti-diet, my world flipped right-side up⬆. For centuries (yes, centuries), we've been told that what we eat and how much we exercise will lead us to being a healthier and happier version of ourselves. But, turns out, that's a bunch of B.S. and we've been dooped. Turns out body diversity is an actual thing that can liberate us from loving ourselves better. Diet culture and the media have stripped us away from understanding our innate mind & body connection, and instead has filled our minds with a bunch of insecure beliefs that harm us more than we recognize. So I'm here to help figure that out with you. As an anti-diet coach, I help womxn and men let go of all the diet culture-fed B.S. with an intuitive eating approach. We forget about the weight-loss fantasy and step into feelin' amazing in our here-and-now bodies! Why? Because ALL BODIES ARE GOOD BODIES.
